Payment refunds for Services provided by So Cal Shopping Cart D&H Inc. can be obtained for canceled projects only for the remaining time or work piece estimated initially for the project.

A minimum of 25% of the quoted price for the project is not refundable after the 2nd day of the date when the project started.

Clients must grant access to servers so that So Cal Shopping Cart D&H Inc is permitted to remove work that has been canceled or for which payment is not received.

Access to servers remains a granted permit to So Cal Shopping Cart D&H Inc until such a time when payment is cleared.

All websites or software work is delivered as a license.

A license can be revoke if payment is not received in full.

A website or application with a revoked license will stop functioning when payment has failed to cleared.

A website or application with a revoked license will continue to function when payment is cleared.

A cleared payment is to say that the liquid cash has been obtained from the method that was used to submit a payment for example:

1)    A checked has been cashed fully,

2)    The credit card payment has been processed into cash and disputes are no longer possible and not pending for that transaction.
